INNER CHILD SESSION
When trauma occurs in our childhood, your inner child can get stuck in trauma loops where they get stuck. When this occurs they will repeatedly trigger you in the present to release them from these loops. During an Inner Child Session, we will go back, talk to your inner child, release them from this trauma loop and cut cords with who caused the trauma. You will also receive a recording of this process so if you need to release your inner child at different ages so that you are empowered to continue with your healing journey.
